Every tier includes the same baseline — what differs is the crew size and venue conditions. Anything beyond the baseline is subject to additional fees.

  • ✓Venues with limited, restricted, or paid parking
  • ✓High-traffic areas requiring extended navigation time
  • ✓Locations with loading dock queues or access coordination
  • ✓Any venue where access conditions significantly impact service time
Mileage overage: $1.25 per mile beyond 20 miles
Note: This tier accounts for the additional time, effort, and logistical planning required at venues where standard access is not available. Quoted per job based on venue conditions.

Please review all policies before submitting your request. Acknowledgement is required at the time of booking.

Access & Delay Policy

In the event that Advanced Logistics Group LLC arrives for a scheduled pickup or delivery and is unable to commence services due to lack of access, a fee may be applied. If the event has not concluded and items are not ready for loading at the agreed-upon time, Advanced Logistics Group LLC reserves the right to impose a fee and may reschedule the pickup.

Your responsibility: Ensure items are ready and accessible for loading at the scheduled time to avoid additional charges.

Additional Services

By engaging the services of Advanced Logistics Group LLC, you acknowledge that any services beyond the standard package — including additional labor, mileage, or logistical support — will incur additional charges. A detailed breakdown will be provided upon request.

Client Availability

Advanced Logistics Group LLC requires that the client or an authorized representative remain available and reachable by phone or text during the entire scheduled service period.

Failure to remain available may result in delays, additional fees, or rescheduling at the discretion of Advanced Logistics Group LLC.

Service Agreement
  1. Initial Conversations: Preliminary and do not constitute a binding agreement.
  2. Acceptance of Estimate: Indicates intent but does not guarantee a reservation.
  3. Acceptance of Invoice: Acknowledges charges but does not confirm reservation.
  4. Tentative Hold: Not official until full payment or a non-refundable $50.00 retainer is received.
  5. Official Reservation: Only upon receipt of full payment or retainer will your date and time be secured.
